Operation
The Breadboard Frequency Counter PCB is designed to plug into 9 rows of a standard breadboard
picture
Breadboard Pins
| 1) VCC 2) VCC | Logic supply voltage, 3.3V to 5.0V, connect to either power pin |

| 4) GND 5) GND 6) GND | Logic ground, connect to any ground pin |

Frequency range display is automatic. The update rate is 1/2 to 1 second, depending on the input frequency.
