The displays come from clock kits found on AliExpress.
Specifically the monochrome version (there are several colors available).
Sweep Seconds Ring
These are Side Emitting 5V 4mm 144 leds/m.
They were more difficult than expected to install perfectly, so they came out looking like they're a half pixel off at one point.
Hour Filament Lamps
These are 38mm 3V ceramic filament LEDs, available in several colors.
They are brittle and easy to break.
The LED length is 30mm, with 4mm leads on each end.
